As all items at Sweet Lily Boutique are handmade to order, please allow approximately 3 - 4 weeks for your order to be made and posted out to you. Please know that we will always try our best to have your order out much sooner if possible. If you require your order urgently or before a required date, please add a RUSH MY ORDER to your cart and see the terms and conditions below regarding 'Rushed orders'.
If you require your order urgently or before a certain date, please add a Rush my order to your cart and in the notes section please enter the date you require your order by. Please also select 'Express Post' as your shipping method as the Rush my order fee does not include an upgrade to express postage. Once your order is received, please allow approximately 7 business days for your order to be made and posted out to you (unless you have arranged an earlier delivery date with me prior to placing your order). By rushing your order, the items do not join my current production line with the 3-4 week turn around time, instead the items are made outside of my business hours. Our website is always open for orders, however our business hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. (NSW). We do not work on weekends or public holidays and therefore may not reply back to your emails or messages if you have reached us outside our business hours. All messages and emails will be replied to during our business hours.
All our parcels are sent with Australia Post, this includes both Australia Wide and Internationally. Free Postage is offered to all Australian and International orders when you spend over $150 AUD. We offer flat rate shipping Australia wide of $7.95 or $10.00 for Express postage. All postage for international orders are based on a standard International delivery time and may not include a 'signature on delivery'. If your delivery address is outside of Australia and you would like a signature on delivery OR if you would like your order sent by Express shipping, please contact me once your order has been placed and I can send an additional invoice for your postage requirements. We will not send with any other shipping courier, only Australia post.
Please ensure the delivery address you provide is correct, as the delivery address that you enter is the address that is automatically printed onto the delivery label.
If you have a current order placed with us and would like to place an additional order and have the postage combined, please use the code 'combinepost' as the discount code when checking out. If combining your orders together increases the weight of the order over the small Australia post satchel weight of 500g, you may be asked to pay the difference in postage costs for the additional weight. Please note that the turn around time for your combined order will then be based from the time your last combined order was placed. However, where possible we always try our hardest to have the combined order sent out as quickly as possible.
As all items are handmade to order, we are unable to refund or exchange for change of mind. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact me within 7 days and I can review a return and refund option. Please note that all items must be shipped in the same or similar packaging to ensure the item is received in its original condition.
Each item listing will have an included size chart. Please use this size chart for each listing to determine the best size to order for your child. Please note that the patterns used at Sweet Lily Boutique come from pattern makers all over the world. Therefore sizing may differ across the different clothing items on the website. We are unable to refund or exchange if the incorrect size has been ordered. Please ensure you use the size guide on each listing, or if you are unsure of what sizes to order please email me your daughters measurements (Chest, waist, hips and height) and I can determine the best size to make.
Shipping costs on return items are at the cost of the buyer. A refund will be processed upon receiving the return item, less the cost of the shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your purchase arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours.
There is strictly a limit of ONE discount code per order.
As all items are handmade to order we are always more than happy to accommodate your custom requests. Please leave a note on your order with the changes you would like made and we will always do our best to make these changes for you. However, please know that changes are subject to fabric availability and we will contact you once we are up to your order if we are not able to complete your request.
Here at Sweet Lily Boutique, we do ask that you do not leave your children unattended while wearing our Hair accessories or outfits that have ties on them. Bows may contain small parts that are not safe for children to have unattended. Some of our tops or Dresses have a tie back closure that is not safe for children to sleep in. Please ensure that bows or tie back closures are not worn in car seats where children may be out of view. Sweet Lily Boutique is not responsible for any injures that may occur while wearing or using our products.
